500g Calamari
1 Egg, beaten with a little water
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Cornflour
1- 1 1/2 cups Soda Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Pepper
Lupi Extra Mild Taste Olive Oil for frying
For the Aioli:
1-2 crushed Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Salt
1 Egg Yolk
1/2 cup Lupi Special Selection Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
