Kiwi Caprese

A Caprese salad is made traditionally using the Italian flag colours, so why not add a little kiwi flair to the selection? Serve this with fresh bread as an entree or as a colourful side dish with your meal, either way, your guests are sure to love it.

4 Green Kiwi Fruit
6 small Truss Tomatoes
12 Basil Leaves
16-20 Bocconcini Balls (depending on size)
1/4 tsp Salt, finely ground
1/4 tsp Pepper, freshly ground
1/8 cup Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Lupi Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
