Ploughman’s Board with EVOO Flavour Bomb

There is nothing nicer than serving a Ploughman’s Board for lunch, dinner or just as nibbles with drinks because everybody gets what they like. Make it extra special with this Extra Virgin Olive Oil Flavour Bomb.

For the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Flavour Bomb:
 2 Garlic Cloves
 2 tsp Fresh Rosemary
 2 tsp Fresh Thyme
 2 Tbsp Capers
 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, ground
 3 Tbsp finely grated Parmesan Cheese
For the Ploughman’s Board:
 A selection of your favourite cheese, meats, breads, crackers, antipasto, etc

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

Finely dice the garlic, rosemary, thyme, capers, black pepper and parmesan cheese until the ingredients start to stick together when combined. You can decide how chunky you want to dip to be. Press into a ramekin to shape and then tip out onto a small plate. Cover with half of the olive oil and serve the rest of the oil near so that it can be added as needed.

Arrange your ploughman’s board with all of your ingredients including the dip. Serve and enjoy!
