Cumin Seed and Olive Oil Crackers

Just imagine serving these wonderfully tasty crackers using Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil and being able to say to your family and friends that you made them from scratch. Surprisingly, they are easy to make!

PRE TIME : 30 minutes
SERVINGS 40 crackers (depending on size cut)

 1 1/3 cup Flour
 4 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
 2 tsp Salt
 1-2 Tbsp Flaky Salt

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 160ºC. Using a bench mixer, combine the flour, hemp seeds, cumin seeds and salt. Add the oil and half of the water. Add more water as needed to make a soft dough.

Divide the dough into four and roll each piece out as thinly as you can. Cut into desired sizes and place onto a lined oven tray. Brush with oil and sprinkle with flaky salt as desired. Cook in the oven for 15-18 minutes turning once until completely crisp. Store in an airtight container.
