Bocconcini and Fig Salad with Honey and Olive Oil Dressing

This simple salad becomes next level when paired with the honey, mustard and olive oil notes in the dressing.

SERVINGS 4

 1/3 cup Honey
 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt, finely ground
 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
 1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
 2 tsp Paprika
 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
 Zest of 1/2 Lemon

Combine all ingredients in a jar, protein shaker or bullet machine and shake or blend until combined. Store in a jar in a cool cupboard, or ideally in a fridge for up to a week.
