Vegan Cheeseball

This vegan cheeseball recipe is great to serve with drinks or just to keep in your fridge because it’s so darn good. Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil gives this recipe that little something extra that you’re sure to love.

1 can Chickpeas, rinsed and well-drained
1 cup Salted Cashews
2 Tbsp Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1/2 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 cup Spinach Leaves
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Fruit Chutney
