Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil Savoury Pie Pastry

It’s easy to just buy pre-made pie pastry, but it’s really not that hard to make. Plus it is so rewarding knowing that it’s made from scratch using fresh ingredients. The best part is even the kids can get involved, so you can create a new family tradition.

Yield: 1 Medium Pie

1 3/4 cups Self Raising Flour, plus a little extra for rolling.
5 Tbsp Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil, extra for basting.
60 ml Cold Water
1 tsp Salt
1-2 tsp Dried Mixed Herbs
