Paprika, Honey and Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dressing

This Paprika and Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil dressing is the perfect finishing touch to any salad from a simple garden salad to a mouth-watering Prosciutto, Bocconcini and Fig salad. Simple to make and with the underlying flavours of honey, mustard and lemon, all your guests will be asking for the recipe.


1/3 cup Honey
1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt, finely ground
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
2 tsp Paprika
1 cup Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Lupi Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Zest of 1/2 Lemon
