Chicken and Turmeric Soup

This soup is a fantastic winter treat and the best part is, it tastes so good. Using a good amount of Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil, this Chicken and Turmeric soup will fill those cold tummies on a crisp winter day.

Servings: 4-6 people

2 Chicken Breasts
2 Brown Onions, diced
1/2 cup Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 cloves Garlic, sliced
5cm piece fresh Ginger, grated
1/2 stem Lemongrass, finely sliced
1 tsp Ground Pepper
1Ltr Chicken Stock
2 cups Water
2-3 large grated Carrots
3 tsp Turmeric
1 can Coconut Cream
1 Lime, zest and juice
