For the Bean Cakes:
1 medium sized Kumara
1 can Cooked Black Beans, rinsed and drained
1 small Onion, finely diced
2 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Hemp Seeds

6 Mushrooms, sliced
1 Brown Onion

200ml Vegetable Stock

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
2 tsp Cornflour
1 Tbsp Water
Ground Black Pepper, to taste
