 1 can Chickpeas, rinsed and well-drained
 1 cup Salted Cashews
 2 Tbsp Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 clove Garlic
 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
 1/2 tsp Turmeric
 1/2 tsp Cumin
 1/2 cup Spinach Leaves
 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
 1 Tbsp Fruit Chutney

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth. Serve with sliced vegetables.
