Stuffed Lamb with EVOO Flavour Bomb

 Fresh Herbs – including any floppy ones (like Mint and Thyme)
 1 large tsp Salt
 1 tsp freshly Ground Peppercorns
 Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil to fill your container
 Deboned Lamb Roast

Find a plastic container that you can create the flavour bomb in. Fill with the herbs, salt and pepper and cover with Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Place the lid on and freeze until solid (approx 2-3 hours).

Once frozen, place in the middle of the lamb and use bamboo skewers to hold the lamb together. Cook the lamb as you like.

NOTE: You can use the flavour bomb for any meal, just cut off what you need!
