Roasted Garlic Bulbs

 3 Garlic Bulbs
 3 Tbsp Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 A generous grind of Salt and Pepper

Preheat your oven to 180ºC (or just put it in with your roast!). Make a bowl out of double layered tinfoil and slice the very tops off each bulb. Sit in the tinfoil and pour the Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil over top…use a little more than you think! Then grind generously the salt and pepper over each bulb and screw up the tinfoil.

Cook in the oven until golden and to your liking. Cook them longer and they will start to dry out and get crunchy. Serve!
