Quick and Easy Pasta Sauce with Feijoa and Tomato

 1 400g can Crushed Tomatoes (or the floppy ones from the fridge)
 2-3 Medium Feijoas, peeled and diced.
 1 Tbsp Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 3 tsp dried Italian Herbs
 Salt to taste
 3-4 cups Cooked pasta

Place the oil in a pot and warm on a medium heat. Add the herbs and fry until fragrant. Add the tomatoes and feijoas and bring to a simmer. Cook until the feijoas soften and mash to combine with a potato masher. Taste and add salt as required.

Stir into cooked pasta and serve warm.
