Olive Oil Pizza Dough

 3 cups Flour
 6 tsp Baking Powder
 1/2 tsp Salt
 2 tsp Italian Herbs
 1/3 cup Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 to 1 1/2 cups Water
 Your favourite pizza toppings

Preheat oven to 200ºC. Line two oven trays.

Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and Italian herbs into a bowl. Make a well in the middle and add the oil and 1 cup of water. Cut with a knife to combine. Add more water as needed to form a dough. Knead it a few times and then half the dough. Roll out each piece until it’s around 1cm thick. Add your favourite toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes.
