Olive Oil and Balsamic Tomatoes

 2 medium sized Truss Tomatoes
 1 Tablespoon Lupi Balsamic Vinegar
 1 Tablespoon Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 Salt and Pepper to taste

Set your oven to 190°C or heat up the BBQ. Cut the tomatoes in half horizontally and place them on a baking tray or oven proof dish. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar and olive oil into the open part of the tomatoes and give a generous grind of salt and pepper on top. Cook for 10-12 minutes until soft.

Serve with bacon, haloumi, mushrooms and eggs your way or however you wish!
