Lolly Cake Truffles

 80ml Lupi Extra Mild Taste Olive Oil
 300g sweetened condensed milk
 180g fruit puffs
 250g packet plain biscuits
 Desiccated coconut, to decorate

In a large bowl, whisk together Lupi Extra Mild Taste Olive Oil and sweetened condensed milk.

Cut the fruit puffs into quarters then add. Mix well.

Place the biscuits into a food processor and blitz until a fine to medium crumb. Add to the bowl and mix until all the crumbs and lollies are coated.

Use an ice cream scoop to scoop balls of the mixture, press tightly in your hands then roll into a ball then roll in coconut to coat. Repeat with remaining mixture. Refrigerate until firm.
