Kiwi Hash with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Let’s face it. What’s better than a hash brown for breakfast? Well nothing, especially when it’s made using Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

PRE TIME : 20 minutes
SERVINGS 4-6 people

 2 Kumara, grated
 1 Tbsp Mixed Herbs
 1 Onion, finely diced
 2 rashes Bacon, diced
 1/2 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese
 Salt and Pepper to taste
 Extra Olive Oil for frying

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Heat the olive oil in a frypan on a medium heat.

Place spoonful sized portions into the heated oil and press down to flatten. Turn once so that both sides are browned and golden. Drain on a paper towel and serve!
