Cumin Seed and Olive Oil Crackers

 1 1/3 cup Flour
 4 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
 2 tsp Salt
 1/4 cup Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1/2 cup Water More Lupi Extra Virgin Olive Oil for brushing
 1-2 Tbsp Flaky Salt

Preheat your oven to 160ÂșC. Using a bench mixer, combine the flour, hemp seeds, cumin seeds and salt. Add the oil and half of the water. Add more water as needed to make a soft dough.


Divide the dough into four and roll each piece out as thinly as you can. Cut into desired sizes and place onto a lined oven tray. Brush with oil and sprinkle with flaky salt as desired. Cook in the oven for 15-18 minutes turning once until completely crisp. Store in an airtight container.
