Preheat your oven to 160ºC. Using a bench mixer, combine the flour, hemp seeds, cumin seeds and salt. Add the oil and half of the water. Add more water as needed to make a soft dough.
Divide the dough into four and roll each piece out as thinly as you can. Cut into desired sizes and place onto a lined oven tray. Brush with oil and sprinkle with flaky salt as desired. Cook in the oven for 15-18 minutes turning once until completely crisp. Store in an airtight container.
